Counselling Services

What is counselling?

Counselling provides a confidential, safe space for clients to unpack their story. It is a collaboration of the client and the counsellor to develop self-understanding and insight to promote mental health and wellbeing. Exploring options and clarifying issues through self-awareness helps the client to work through their concern to bring lasting change.
